Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking Engineering Interns to gain hands-on experience across automation, electrical systems, and facilities operations at various locations including Tysons, VA. Interns will work alongside seasoned engineers in labs, project sites, or manufacturing facilities on real-world projects.

The program offers exposure to multiple technical fields, potential certifications, and networking with mentors and organizational leadership. Applicants must have previously interned with M.C. Dean.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science degree program in engineering or similar discipline.
• Applicant must have interned with M.C. Dean previously to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in automation systems design, manufacture, and integration.
• Support design-build, modular construction, electrical, power and cooling projects.
• Contribute to design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Work in labs, on project sites, or in the manufacturing facility to gain exposure to real-world projects.
• Pursue certifications and network with mentors and leadership.
