Job summary

HNTB Corporation seeks a Project Manager I – Engineering to oversee projects through their full lifecycle, from scope and proposal development to contract negotiations and delivery.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget targets, lead project staffing and performance reviews, and drive successful outcomes for clients while applying HNTB's Sophisticated Delivery Approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule and budgets.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification and production.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan and SDA delivery approach.
• Coordinate staffing, staffing plans, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Support business development with pursuit efforts for strategic projects.
