Chemify Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to coordinate hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing workstreams as we scale our platform across sites. You will be the connective tissue turning ambitious technical goals into clear plans, surfacing risks early, and keeping everyone aligned across Glasgow and San Francisco.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in project/program management for engineering or hardware-heavy products.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing.
Strong planning, risk management, and communication skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to drive without formal authority.

Responsibilities

Plan and drive delivery across hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing workstreams.
Build and maintain realistic schedules, track dependencies, and manage risk proactively.
Run the rhythm of the team — standups, planning, reviews, and status reporting to leadership.
Keep cross-site and cross-functional stakeholders aligned and unblocked.
Manage scope and priorities pragmatically in a fast-changing environment.
Improve how the engineering org plans and ships over time.
