MUST HAVE 7+ years’ experience in Equipment and/or Processing Engineering or related Engineering manufacturing environment.
MUST HAVE 5 years' experience in acGMP or other regulatory environments: Food/Dietary/Nutritional/Pharmaceutical.
MUST HAVE Experience leading facilities projects: overseeing planning, design, construction, and maintenance of physical assets to ensure they are functional, safe, and efficient, including: managing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations for renovations, system upgrades, and space reconfigurations in a manufacturing environment.
MUST HAVE Knowledge of materials/process/equipment (i.e. characterization/effect on manufacturing environment)
MUST HAVE Mechanical aptitude, understanding equipment and operation functionality to establish/challenge/optimize run rates/productivity
Engineering Manager, Projects / Staff Equipment Engineer
Overview Seeking an experienced engineering manager to support process and packaging equipment projects at a state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing and innovation facility. The role involves designing, testing, modifying and commissioning machinery and systems for blending, packaging and warehousing operations; analyzing machine performance and process data; and coordinating cross‑functional activities to deliver projects on schedule.
Work within a collaborative manufacturing and engineering environment focused on continuous improvement, safety‑first practices and cGMP compliance. The team values accountability, teamwork, respect and transparency and adapts flexibly to changing business needs.
Lead project teams composed of engineers, technicians and contractors; supervise temporary staff and external contractors as needed.
