SSOE is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead the Tool Install Design division in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, manage projects, and ensure alignment with client expectations. You will develop project plans and lead team coordination across various disciplines.
The position requires strong technical communication skills and proficiency in engineering software. A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, along with relevant experience in semiconductor environments. The salary range is $90,000 - $130,000 annually, with additional benefits including health insurance and a 401K plan.
Within SSOE's Tool Install division, we specialize in the design and engineering of complex process equipment across semiconductor fabs and advanced manufacturing facilities. Our team is composed of highly skilled professionals who excel across multiple disciplines, bringing deep technical expertise to every tool hookup, subfab rack design, and cleanroom modification we deliver. Our in‑house experts partner closely to conceptualize, plan, and detail every aspect of the installation design process.
We are currently hiring an Engineering Project Manager (Tool Install Design Lead). In this role, you will collaborate with lead engineers, manage project scope and schedule, drive technical decisions, and serve as the primary design liaison to client Tool Experts, ensuring alignment between SSOE's technical approach and client expectations. Working alongside the designated Project Manager, you co‑lead the project through all phases to final delivery. This partnership ensures both technical excellence and consistent client engagement throughout the lifecycle. Together, you form a unified team responsible for delivering exceptional results from every angle.
This position is an onsite role that will require you to work onsite each day and be located in the North Phoenix, AZ area. Remote or hybrid work arrangements for this role are not available.
