  • Lead continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring operational issues, fragmented processes, manual workflows, and opportunities to improve systems, governance, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Support client and executive leadership discussions by translating complex technical initiatives into clear operational risks, business outcomes, corrective actions, and strategic recommendations.
  • Foster a collaborative culture where engineering teams are empowered to thrive through strong governance, leadership development, operational accountability, and continuous learning.
Required qualifications:

  • Proven ability to develop and implement performance frameworks, operational KPIs, executive reporting, and program governance methodologies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing geographically dispersed stakeholders within complex matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills with the ability to translate technical information into actionable operational insights.
  • Excellent executive communication and client-facing capabilities with experience presenting to senior leadership and operational stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive accountability, adoption, and measurable operational outcomes across multiple regions or business units.
  • Experience with CMMS platforms, engineering reporting systems, operational analytics tools, and process optimization initiatives strongly preferred.
