Join our Engineering team where you’ll support the voice and communication tools caregivers rely on every day. In this role, you’ll turn requirements into reliable solutions by helping test features, validate changes, and ensure systems operate smoothly. You must have experience working with telco circuits and carriers, including tracking and coordinating with telcos, and managing installs, disconnects, and upgrades that support our voice environment. You’ll also handle practical engineering tasks such as organizing work items, updating documentation, supporting demos, and resolving issues quickly. If you’re skilled at problem-solving, comfortable working with technology, and experienced with telco services, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on caregiver operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support voice and communication tools used by caregivers
  • Test features, validate changes, and ensure systems operate smoothly
  • Coordinate with telcos and carriers, including tracking, installs, disconnects, and upgrades
  • Organize work items, update documentation, support demos, and resolve issues quickly
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering – OR – a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 3 or more years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a Healthcare environment
  • 3 or more years of experience managing carrier voice circuit inventory
  • End-to-End Program/Project Management Experience
  • Solution / Service Design Requirement & Specification Writing Experience
  • Stakeholder & Caregiver Engagement + Communication Experience
  • Analytical Problem Solving & Decision-Making Experience

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
