Your Next Opportunity: The Engineering Program Manager is responsible for managing project budgets, projecting, and tracking resource needs, identifying variances in scope, and assisting in taking corrective actions so that each project meets its target margins and customer satisfaction goals.
Up to 25% travel to job sites, client meetings, and Rosendin offices nationwide.
This is a hybrid role, combining typical office environment responsibilities with frequent visits to active construction sites. Ability to work for extended periods at a computer, utilizing various software and communication platforms. Comfort and ability to navigate active construction environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and uneven terrain. Ability to climb ladders or stairs, stand for extended periods, and lift and carry up to 25 lbs occasionally. Adherence to all Rosendin and job site safety protocols, including the consistent wearing of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hard hat, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots when required. Pay Range $102,800.00-$135,000.00 Annual
