Job summary

ONEOK is seeking a Project Manager I - Engineering in Mont Belvieu, TX, to plan, monitor and manage engineering projects from initiation through completion. The role supports plant and pipeline projects with a focus on small capital work, requiring strong PM fundamentals and safety focus.

The candidate should have at least five years in engineering, operations or project management, ideally in oil and gas, with PMP preferred. Hybrid schedule, travel as needed, and incentive plans are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• Five+ years of engineering, operations and/or project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure safe, reliable and cost-effective outcomes.
• Develop project scope, schedule and cost baselines; manage changes and MOC procedures.
• Provide risk assessment, budgeting, and stakeholder communication for projects.
• Lead and develop project teams, manage resources and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
