Job summary

System One is seeking a Head of Engineering Operations in Morgantown, WV to lead planning, development, and execution of engineering processes. The role emphasizes cost-effective solutions, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with maintenance and production teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, CMMS, and equipment specifications, while driving continuous improvements and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• MBA is preferred for leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of FDA/PMO design requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development, and implementation of processes and resources in Engineering to ensure efficient operations and cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor and report on efficiency KPIs, driving continuous improvements.
• Lead initiatives to streamline engineering operations and reduce downtime.
• Oversee budgets including CapEx, Training, and Support/Consulting.
• Ensure engineering drawing controls, design, and equipment specifications are up to standard.
• Oversee CMMS system and maintain historical records of operations.
