Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively increase knowledge of BIW business practices.
• Complete assignments to support rotational workloads.
• Develop knowledge of shipbuilding processes and leadership skills.
• Coordinate cognizant stakeholder efforts in a given area.
• Engage in continuous process improvement to boost safety, quality, cycle time and costs.
• Attend and participate in learning events.
