Job summary

An international HR consultancy firm is seeking candidates for a co-op internship in Louisville, Kentucky. Ideal applicants are currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Engineering or Supply Chain Management, with a GPA of at least 3.0. Responsibilities include goal setting, team leadership, and problem-solving development. Candidates should demonstrate leadership on campus or in the community. Housing and relocation assistance may be available, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Must have a graduation date of May 2028 or later.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • Must be willing to explore all sides of Supply Chain (i.e., Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supplier Quality/Quality, Materials, TPM, Lean, Distribution, Fulfillment, Consumer Operations, Advanced Manufacturing).
  • Legal authorization to work in the country/region where the business is hiring is required.
  • We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now, nor in the future, for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Set goals & objectives for the co-op rotation.
  • Lead teams across multiple levels of the business.
  • Develop and demonstrate an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Assist your team with development and execution of project ideas.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
  • Set regular feedback sessions with your assignment leader.
  • Travel required: 0% - 10% (depending on role).
  • Hours & Weekends: Some overtime & Saturdays may be required depending on role.
  • Start and end times vary depending on the department and role you are assigned. All roles are on 1st (day shift may begin anytime between 5:30 AM - 8:00 AM).
  • Reliable transportation to and from work daily is required.
  • Housing & Relocation assistance available.
