Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking an Engineering Manager for Voice & Cloud Services in a hybrid environment in the United States. The role leads a software group, shaping architecture, coding, and delivery while ensuring ISO and security standards compliance.

You will work with Product and Project teams to deliver secure, scalable software solutions and mentor engineers across web apps, APIs and microservices. Salary ranges reflect 130k–160k and a direct-placement arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
• Experience with full-stack development, APIs, Git, and cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
• Experience with microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001/27001 or similar compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with VoIP, SIP, and real-time audio processing.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and regulated environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Position Overview

• AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
• Experience with public safety, emergency services, or highly regulated software environments.
