Salary Range: $114,000 – $163,000 depending on experience

• Prior experience supervising or leading engineering teams.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.

Bonus Qualifications

• Background in regulated industries such as automotive or medical devices.
• Experience with ERP or maintenance management software.
• Professional Engineer license or advanced technical degree.
• Experience with automation, robotics, or controls systems.
• Six Sigma or lean certification.
