  • Manage end‑to‑end platform delivery, customizations, and operational health for Salesforce CRM and Oracle CPQ (BigMachines and Fusion).
  • Oversee seamless, resilient bi‑directional integrations between Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, and adjacent enterprise systems (Oracle EBS/Fusion, Agile PLM, PDH, CLM, and Subscription & Asset Management platforms).
Business Partnership & Strategy
  • Partner with GTM and Finance stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable architecture across configuration rules, BML/BMQL scripts, commerce processes, and doc engine templates.
  • Standardize processes across multi‑tier approvals, discounting matrices, contract amendments, renewals, and revenue workflows.
