Job summary

Alkegen is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its site Process Engineering Team and drive manufacturing improvements. You will focus on project scope, cost, and resource allocation while resolving technical issues to boost plant performance and yields.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years of industrial experience, and mastery of TPM/Lean methodologies. You will embody Alkegen’s safety principles and collaborate with the Capital Projects Team to deliver impactful

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline; 5+ years industrial experience.
Formal TPM, Six Sigma, WCM, TPS or Lean training with 5+ years implementing and managing engineering functions.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to present information clearly to production and maintenance staff.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the Process Engineering Team; allocate resources accordingly.
Lead projects to improve OEE, line efficiency and product costs.
Identify and assess new technologies for cost and performance gains.
Oversee capital expenditures; ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
Support and comply with HSE and Quality Policies; maintain standards.
