Qualifications

• Five (5+) years of relevant experience, including at least one (1) year of people management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership capabilities for both people and project leadership.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct engineers and enforce best practices across software development and operations.
• Lead a team of Software Engineers, driving collaboration and high performance in agile settings.
• Develop staff through coaching, feedback, and development plans.
