Success is measured by KPI improvements and scaling capabilities in e-commerce. Responsibilities include guiding experimentation and enhancing architecture. The role is open to skilled professionals with a focus on collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building machine learning systems.
• 1+ year of experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks.
• Experience with A/B testing and metric-driven product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of Machine Learning Engineers.
• Guide research and experimentation efforts.
