A dynamic, customer-focused leader with a strong foundation in product, process, and test engineering, capable of scaling NPI, driving DFx, and partnering with aerospace, military, and industrial customers.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
• 10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) / production environments.
• 5+ years in formal Project Management.
• 3+ years in People Leadership / Management.
• Deep familiarity with Aerospace, Military, and Tech Industrial product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Albuquerque Leadership Team shaping strategic roadmaps and resource allocations.
• Oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering; manage capital spend and budgets.
• Direct end-to-end NPI, rapid prototyping, large-scale product transfers, and DFx reviews.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and ensure compliance with RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and regulations.
• Act as technical and executive liaison for key aerospace, military, and defense accounts.

A dynamic, customer-focused leader with a strong technical foundation in product, process, and test engineering. Proven track record of scaling New Product Introduction (NPI), driving DFx and cost-reduction initiatives, and building high-performing, cross-functional teams. Combines hands‑on expertise in Lean/Kaizen methodologies and BOM/ECN governance with executive presence to align plant operations, corporate engineering roadmaps, and key aerospace, military, and industrial customer accounts.
