A dynamic, customer-focused leader with a strong technical foundation in product, process, and test engineering. Proven track record of scaling New Product Introduction (NPI), driving DFx and cost-reduction initiatives, and building high-performing, cross-functional teams. • NPI & Lifecycle Management: Directs end-to-end New Product Introduction, rapid prototyping, large-scale product transfers, BOM/ECN integrity, and comprehensive DFx/cost-reduction reviews.


• Quality & Compliance: Drives continuous quality improvement and ensures strict compliance with RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and evolving environmental regulations.


• Customer & Account Advocacy: Acts as technical and executive liaison for key commercial, aerospace, and defense accounts—resolving complex escalations and building long-term executive trust.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
