Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to partner with ETG stakeholders and U.S. government customers to provide expertise on national security missions.

The role involves designing a strategic vision for sustaining and developing functional capabilities, staffing, and resources. You will steward innovative investments addressing evolving customer needs and lead workforce development initiatives, including recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and retention efforts, while effectively managing staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or applicable STEM areas.
• Typically 8 years of applicable professional or educational experience is desired.
• Current, active TS/SCI access and ability to obtain and maintain TS/SAP access.
• Willingness to travel domestically based on organizational and customer needs.
