Job summary

Constellation is seeking a senior engineer to lead the engineering function at our Newark site, ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and high-quality results. You will oversee station needs, guide engineering personnel, and support short- and long-term programs impacting operations.

The role requires a PE license (active/inactive) with a strong nuclear power background and supervisory experience. A bachelor’s in engineering and MBA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or PE license required.
• ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 familiarity desired.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical/exams as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering function for station needs and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and mentor engineering personnel; drive high-quality results.
• Direct engineering programs impacting site operations and outages.
• Participate in planning, budgeting, and performance review processes.
• Contribute to NGG-wide programs for standardized engineering systems.
