Enpro is seeking an Engineering Manager for New Product & Process Development based in Longview, Texas. In this role, you will lead a team focused on bringing new products to market by driving innovation and ensuring successful project execution. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, you'll utilize over 5 years of experience in project management and technical leadership.

As the Engineering Manager – New Product & Process Development, you’ll lead a team responsible for bringing new products and manufacturing processes to life—from concept through launch.
