Job summary

Meta is seeking an Engineering Manager for ML Compilers (Triton / Kernel DSLs) to lead the DSL compiler toolchain and ML compiler integration for MTIA accelerators. You will mentor engineers, shape strategy, and partner with hardware, kernel, runtime, and model teams on large-scale compiler projects.

You will contribute technically, aligning kernel libraries and deployment across accelerator generations while communicating with internal and external stakeholders about roadmap and performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing a software team in a fast-paced capacity.
• Experience with compiler architecture and development, particularly with ML compilers or DSLs.
• Proven understanding of full product lifecycle from prototyping to deployment and support.
• Experience influencing architecture roadmaps and collaborating with hardware teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DSL compiler toolchain development and ML compiler integration.
• Drive kernel enablement, GEMM and non-GEMM, and low-level DSLs across accelerators.
• Mentor engineers and align cross-functional partnerships across hardware, kernel, runtime, and model teams.
• Contribute hands-on evaluation of technical direction using AI tools and workflows.
