Job summary

Meta's MTIA Software team seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the ML compiler stack development for MTIA accelerators, shaping how kernels map onto MTIA hardware and influencing ISA roadmaps.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across hardware, kernel, runtime, framework, and model teams, and contribute to open-source and internal compiler initiatives, with executive visibility in AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading a software team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with compiler architecture and development, particularly ML compilers or domain-specific languages (DSLs).
• Proven ability to execute full product life cycles from prototyping through deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of the DSL compiler toolchain, including ML compiler integration, GEMM and non‑GEMM kernel enablement, collectives support, and next-gen low-level DSLs.
• Lead teams of engineers and technical leaders delivering large-scale projects across compiler infrastructure, kernel libraries, and production deployment on multiple accelerator generations.
