This role requires technical leadership in developing private bare-metal infrastructure and involves managing a distributed team. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, experience in high-quality software development, particularly in Python and Linux, and the ability to lead and mentor within a diverse team. The position allows for remote work with occasional travel for company events.

Qualifications

• A strong academic track record from high school and university is required.
• Experience with modern Linux cloud computing technologies desired.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of engineers within your time zone.

• Participate in code and architectural reviews.

Proven experience delivering software using Python
