DHI Group, Inc. is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide the ClearanceJobs engineering team. You will shape technical direction, oversee architecture decisions, and balance hands-on development with mentoring to deliver secure, scalable features for candidates and employers.

You will work across Laravel, PHP, TypeScript, VueJS, and MySQL on AWS, Linux, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines, while fostering a collaborative, growth-focused culture and strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a software engineering team and coaching engineers.
• Hands-on with Laravel/PHP, TypeScript and VueJS, plus MySQL.
• Strong experience with AWS, Linux, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to set direction, maintain coding standards, and drive quality releases.
