Reddit is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Knowledge Graph Platform. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for building Reddit’s knowledge graph, with emphasis on data quality, governance, and scalable architecture.

This role collaborates with product and research teams to deliver platform-driven capabilities across ads and user experiences. You will guide implementation of AI-powered data solutions, establish clear ownership, and enable self-service access for internal

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership roles.
• Experience with knowledge graphs, semantic or ontology systems, or entity resolution.
• Experience building AI/ML powered data platforms with internal customers.
• Ability to define operating models, data contracts, and self-service adoption.
• Strong judgment on distributed systems, APIs, reliability, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers on Reddit’s Knowledge Graph Platform.
• Set technical direction and roadmap for a scalable knowledge graph platform.
• Leverage LLM and agentic patterns for knowledge graph construction.
• Establish production-grade operating standards, SLOs, and governance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define ontology, data quality, and platform evolution.
• Act as data steward to ensure coverage and freshness for priority use cases.
• Drive platform adoption and communicate strategy across time zones.
