• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers and technical leads building mission-critical identity verification services at scale.
• Define the engineering strategy and operational roadmap across multiple workstreams, aligning with objectives and senior leadership.
• Own end-to-end architecture and operations of ML-powered services—from design and implementation through monitoring and on-call.
