Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of professional development experience, with 2+ years leading an engineering team.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Deep understanding of software and development engineering principles and concepts.
• Strong technical skills in JavaScript, SQL, AWS, CI/CD, and system design.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product and Platform Owners and QA in an agile environment to build, deploy and maintain software systems.
• Design solutions focused on performance and maintainability.
• Measure features and system metrics to improve user experience and service performance.
• Grow and inspire a team of engineers through coaching and career development.
• Cultivate a healthy engineering culture aligned with company values.
• Make recommendations on future technical architecture for software and integrations.
• Document technical and integration architectures.
• Collaborate to define and execute team roadmaps.
