Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design, R&D, and testing for a proprietary product line, from concept through launch
• Serve as technical point of contact for the sales team on customer applications and custom configurations
• Manage and mentor a small engineering team, with plans to grow based on input
• Support ERP processes including BOM accuracy, drawing control, and inventory data used by purchasing
• Balance multiple concurrent projects rather than long single assignments
• Travel occasionally (roughly 15% or less) for trade shows and on-site customer support
