Schwan’s Company in Stilwell, OK, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead capital projects across our pie manufacturing facilities, driving upgrades, EHS improvements, and value creation. You will serve as the gatekeeper for project scopes, budgets, timelines, and outcomes aligned with business priorities.

You will collaborate with Plant Project Engineers, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure feasible plans, accurate cash flow forecasts, and successful project closeouts across

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Process, Packaging equipment, Infrastructure, and/or Maintenance.
• Experience in Food and Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods required.
• Experience with budgeting in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Strong cost controls and PM best practices.
• Experience defining sub-contractor criteria and managing subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and execute capital projects across multiple sites.
• Serve as capital approval gatekeeper.
• Coach on vendor selection, engineering standards, and resource planning.
• Ensure adherence to project management practices and escalate risks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate operational needs.
• Collaborate with Finance on cash flow forecasts and project closeouts.
• Lead select capital projects from concept through completion.
