Stripe is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Data Transformation team to lead a group of engineers focused on batch and real-time data pipelines and transformations. You will guide architecture and drive the roadmap for high-quality datasets powering Stripe products and AI agents.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across teams, and help shape a scalable, reliable data platform while fostering an inclusive and innovative work culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing teams that shipped data pipelines and critical distributed systems.
• Experience recruiting and building high-performing teams.
• Strong customer focus and cross-functional collaboration with Stripe engineers.
• Ability to make hard decisions and trade-offs in ambiguous environments.
• Technical acumen to guide architecture with staff engineers and architects.
• Fosters inclusive, challenging, and supportive work environments.
