Gen is seeking a Manager on the Security Engineering team to lead the Data Integrity & Security Analytics function. You will guide a team of engineers responsible for core security services that enhance trust in enterprise data and risk-based decisions.

You will partner with Security, Infrastructure, Platform and Engineering teams to deliver encryption, certificate lifecycle management and analytics across the enterprise, driving operational excellence and measurable security outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams within a complex enterprise.
• Strong background in Security Engineering and data protection concepts.
• Experience building analytics platforms, dashboards, reporting capabilities.
• Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve analysis and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of security engineers to deliver secure, scalable analytics services.
• Own delivery and continuous improvement of Data Integrity & Security Analytics capabilities.
• Oversee encryption, certificate lifecycle management and data protection services.
• Define metrics, dashboards and reporting for visibility into control health and security risk.
• Drive automation and engineering best practices to improve scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to integrate security controls into platforms and workflows.
• Establish documentation and support models to improve resilience and maintainability.
