Job summary

Tosoh Quartz, Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking an Engineering Manager to provide clear leadership for the CNC Programming and Engineering teams. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while shaping process standards and documentation control.

You will partner with R&D and NPI, manage project plans, budgets, and supplier contracts, and mentor engineers to improve processes and implement lean practices, 6S, value stream mapping, and Kaizen initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in engineering/production.
• Lean manufacturing experience including 6S, value stream mapping, Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Mentor CNC Programming and Engineering teams on process development and lean production.
• Lead cross-functional projects with detailed plans and resource coordination.
• Direct, review, and approve process design changes and budgets.
