• 10+ years of combined design engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of machining and manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading and mentoring direct reports with accountability.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Fluent SolidWorks proficiency for 3D modeling and tolerancing.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of mechanical engineers.
• Lead performance management, including goal setting and growth planning.
• Optimize engineering workflows to increase throughput and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot design issues with a data-driven approach.
• Own the Engineering group's performance indicators and budget.
