As the manager, you will serve as both a technical and people leader, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture aligned with safety, innovation, and operational excellence. **What You Will Do:****Lead Battery Module & BDU Engineering Development*** Lead and manage cross-functional mechanical, thermal, and electrical engineering teams responsible for Battery Module and BDU design, ensuring quality, cost, weight, functionality, manufacturability (DFM/DFA), timing, and technical performance objectives are achieved.
