You will set direction, own delivery, and partner with legal, product, and business leaders to translate complex data needs into impactful solutions in a fast-paced DS&A environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or BI with at least 3 years in a people management role.
• Proven ability to lead engineers — including hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Strong SQL, data pipeline development, and data modeling at scale, with regulatory analytics exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers and data practitioners across business intelligence, data engineering, self-service analytics, and regulatory data support
• Set technical direction and own delivery accountability for the App Insights roadmap — ensuring quality, reliability, and business impact across all team outputs
• Partner closely with legal, compliance, product, and business stakeholders to translate complex, time-sensitive data requirements into well-executed analytical solutions
• Drive hiring, performance management, and career development to build and retain a high-performing, technically excellent team
• Define and champion data quality, governance, and self-service standards in partnership with platform and analytics engineering peers across DS&A
• Communicate team progress, risks, and roadmap priorities clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
