Job summary

AI Talent Now is seeking an Engineering Manager with 6+ years of product-focused engineering experience to lead and grow our engineering team in San Francisco. You will partner with the CTO to set technical direction, ship core products powering our audio data research platform, and build a high-performing team at a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

You will hire, mentor, and scale the team, architect scalable data pipelines, and deliver data-driven insights for researchers daily.

Qualifications

6+ years of product-focused engineering experience with strong web development fundamentals.
Experience leading technical teams through rapid growth phases at high-growth startups or scale-ups.
Track record of shipping products from zero-to-one and scaling them in fast-paced environments.
BS in Computer Science from a top school or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Hire, structure, and mentor the engineering team while setting and upholding high performance standards.
Scope and ship new products enabling researchers to leverage high-quality audio data and develop novel insights.
Build scalable data processing pipelines that extract actionable insights from terabytes of audio data daily.
Architect systems to 100× capacity for collecting, curating, and delivering data to leading speech model teams.
Partner with the CTO to drive technical direction and execute against an ambitious product roadmap.
