Job summary

Inferact is seeking an Engineering Manager to scale a world-class, senior-heavy engineering organization working at the frontier of AI inference. You will lead engineers across inference systems, performance, kernels, accelerators, and cloud infrastructure while building the management capacity needed for rapid growth.

This deeply technical management role covers team execution, hiring, coaching, prioritization, and operating rhythm, while staying close to the work to earn engineers' trust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/engineering.
• Experience managing strong software engineers in demanding systems.
• Ability to translate priorities into clear team goals and execution plans.
• Experience owning full people-management lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own team execution, hiring, coaching, prioritization, and operating rhythm.
• Partner with leadership to convert priorities into technical direction and unblock engineers.
