Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams or major technical initiatives.
• Background in AI compiler or framework tech is preferred.
• Fluency with AI workloads and ML framework concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a highly technical team for AI compiler verification.
• Own verification of AI workloads across the compiler stack and execution pipeline.
• Define formal verification requirements for AI compiler transformations.
• Drive AI-assisted verification techniques and automated debugging.
• Partner with CUDA software, ML frameworks, and runtime teams to scale infrastructure.
