Job summary

SZNS Solutions is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in Reston, VA. The successful candidate will manage engineering delivery across strategic client engagements and internal initiatives, ensuring quality and efficiency while mentoring and growing a high-performing team. The role requires at least 5 years of software engineering experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong expertise in cloud architecture, preferably GCP. Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with prior experience formally leading developers.
• Strong foundation in system design, cloud architecture (preferably GCP), and backend engineering.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping production-quality code.

• Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams.
