Job Description

We are looking for a people manager to lead the Ads Finance platform initiatives as an Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive success in a fast‑paced, flat organization with minimal process.
• Support your team by contextualizing the larger vision, enabling prioritization, and fostering high focus and executional excellence.
• Operate as an ambassador of the Netflix culture.
• Create a dream team by hiring, retaining, and growing high‑performing talent.
• Lead initiatives that develop workflows for revenue recognition, invoicing, and report exchanges with DSPs.
• Build robust, scalable, and secure systems for handling financial data, processing transactions, and generating accurate bills.
• Ensure compliance with finance standards, including audit and SOX requirements, and maintain strict regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders—including technology, operations, and business—to deliver large, complex projects.
• Maintain a strong product mindset and strategic thinking, demonstrating product sense in a fast‑moving environment.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $436,000.00 – $710,000.00.
