Flo Health is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a squad building privacy-first, AI-powered health tools. You will guide architecture, unblock delivery, and ensure scalable, secure systems for a global audience.

The role requires 6+ years coding and 4+ years of people management, with a strong product mindset and experience in distributed systems. Hybrid work with office presence in London is offered.

Salary Range - gross per month (ranges may vary based on skills and experience) €10.000—€12.000 EUR
