Job summary

Tekmetric is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and delivering our cloud-based platform for auto repair shops. You will guide technical direction, ensure high-quality work, and support your team’s professional growth.

You will influence product direction, collaborate with product, design, and QA, and drive efficient engineering processes. This role offers hybrid and remote work options and requires travel for team offsites and meetings.

What You’ll Do

As an Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of our products. You'll play a key role in guiding the technical direction of our projects, ensuring the highest quality of engineering work, and supporting the professional growth of your team members.
