Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Applications Engineering and Product Support Engineering teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Manage engineering priorities, resource planning, and team development to support business objectives.
  • Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership during customer engagements, product evaluations, and solution design activities.
  • Oversee product support engineering activities, including troubleshooting, field issue resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and global engineering teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate directly in customer support, product testing, system validation, and technical problem resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on engineering processes, product quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Support new product introductions and engineering change activities throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain engineering documentation, technical standards, and best practices.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent while promoting technical excellence and professional growth.
  • Support strategic engineering initiatives that strengthen product innovation and long-term business growth.

The Engineering Manager will oversee engineering priorities, mentor a high‑performing team, support customer solutions, and work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and global engineering teams to deliver innovative power electronics and battery charging solutions. Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading engineering organizations within industrial, electrical, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical engineering solutions.
  • Experience leading root cause analysis, corrective actions, and structured problem‑solving initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engineering priorities while supporting cross‑functional business objectives.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with lithium‑ion battery systems, industrial battery chargers, or energy storage technologies.
  • Knowledge of power electronics, electrical systems, and industrial charging applications.
  • Experience supporting material handling equipment or industrial vehicle electrification.
  • Familiarity with CAN communication and embedded electrical systems.
  • Experience working within global engineering organizations or multinational manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement initiatives and engineering process optimization.
  • Experience supporting new product development, applications engineering, or technical product support.
