Role Description

This full-time remote Engineering Manager role is responsible for leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary engineering team that supports process solutions for food and beverage clients. The Engineering Manager will oversee project planning and execution, coordinate software and system integration efforts, and ensure that engineering deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Daily activities include setting technical direction, reviewing designs and documentation, managing timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as operations, quality, and leadership. The role will also involve optimizing processes, identifying opportunities for innovation, and continuously improving tools, workflows, and team practices to support scalable, reliable engineering solutions.
