Four Seasons Hotels is seeking an Engineering Technician in Sunnyvale, CA to support design, build, test and maintenance of test rigs and vehicle platforms. The role involves hands-on prototyping, wiring, diagnostics and cross-disciplinary troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and automotive systems.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, prototyping, wiring, schematics interpretation, and contributing to hardware testing, documentation, and procurement.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of hands-on technical experience in mechanical, electrical, automotive, or robotics.
• Experience assembling prototypes, wiring and cable assemblies.
• Able to read electrical schematics and datasheets.
• Lab, shop, or build environment experience.
• Strong soldering and hands-on skills.
• Familiarity with shop equipment and tools.
• Experience with 3D printers and diagnostic tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python, Linux, or ROS is a plus.
• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) is a plus.
• Exposure to AV systems (LiDAR, radar, cameras) is a plus.

Location: Sunnyvale, CA Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong soldering and hands-on technical skills
• Familiarity with shop equipment and tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with 3D printers and diagnostic tools preferred
• Familiarity with Python, Linux, or ROS is a plus
• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) is a plus
• Exposure to AV systems (LiDAR, radar, cameras) is a plus

FULL WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Potential for weekend work and overtime based on project needs
