This team is the beating heart of Prima. You’ll be joining over +350 engineers across software development, infrastructure, operations and security. Fueled by curiosity, experimentation and collaboration, you’ll help deliver scalable, impactful solutions that shape the future of insurance.

What you’ll do

• Define and drive the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Take ownership of architectural decisions, overseeing implementation while ensuring maintainability, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Support the development team in delivering high-impact initiatives on time.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, while maintaining an engaging and motivating work environment.

What we’re looking for

• A strong technical background with 5+ years of hands‑on development experience
• 2+ years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams, overseeing development processes, and driving technical decisions.
• Experience in customer facing systems is desired
• Hands‑on experience with cloud services and infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Ability to shape and adapt team processes and ways of working to align with the team needs
• Proven ability to mentor engineers by providing technical guidance, fostering critical thinking, and enhancing decision‑making skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with non-technical stakeholders and external business partners.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from inception to successful delivery, collecting business requirements and converting them into actionable technical ones.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Domain‑Driven Design and event‑driven architectures.
• Experience in designing and implementing microservices within large‑scale ecosystems.
