American Woodmark seeks an Engineering Manager to lead project, manufacturing, and maintenance engineers at our Lincolnton plant. You will oversee capital projects, drive safety improvements, cost and lead-time reductions, and introduce new technologies on the shop floor.
You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA), and develop talent through Lean Six Sigma methodologies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
